How many guests can the venue accommodate?
We have two banquet halls. Rabi Sadan can host up to 500 plus guest while Bhanu Sadan can comfortably host up to 300 plus guests, making it ideal for weddings, receptions, birthdays, and corporate events. Both halls offer flexible arrangements for smaller, more intimate gatherings.
What are the rental rates and packages?
There is no separate hall rental fee at Grand Baithak. Our menu packages are all-inclusive, covering both catering and venue use. This makes planning your event simpler and more cost-effective. Custom packages are available to suit your guest count and preferences.
Can we customize the decoration for our event theme?
Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a traditional wedding, a modern reception, or a themed birthday party, you can allowed to bring your vision to life. From floral arrangements to lighting and mandap setups, everything can be tailored to your style.

Due to our Online booking facility from our official website, our halls fill up fast. We recommend booking 1 to 3 months in advance for the best availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on open slots.
